Main St. Coats, NC April 17, 2-6 p.m. Public Library of Johnston County & Smithfield 305 E. Market Street April 16, 2-5 p.m. April 17, 2-6 p.m. Prior to submission, student artists and parents are encouraged to read the 2025 Rules & Regulations and fill out the 2025 Student Release Form .
