Rep. Barry Moore introduces Define to Defeat Act of 2025

Barry Moore (AL-01) introduced the Define to Defeat Act of 2025 , which would apply the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism to the enforcement of civil rights laws.
