Gallego Slams Trump’s Funding Freeze

WASHINGTON – Following the Trump Administration’s memo announcing a freeze on all federal grants and loans, Senator Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) released the following statement : “Children will go hungry, elderly Americans won’t be able to pay rent, and police departments will have their budgets cut because of the Trump team’s chaotic funding freeze. “They can’t even write a clear memo, and now their incompetence is creating chaos in communities across the country.”
