Kean Statement on Congestion Pricing Court Ruling

January 4, 2025 Press Release (January 4, 2025) BERNARDSVILLE, NJ – Today, Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) issued the following statement in response to the federal judge's ruling allowing Congestion Pricing to move forward. “Last night’s federal court ruling that permits Congestion Pricing to move forward is disappointing and unacceptable. This paves the way for a fundamentally flawed and inequitable program that disproportionately hurts New Jersey residents. The burden this places on families who already pay some of the highest taxes in the nation coupled with crushing inflation is not fair or acceptable. I stand with my constituents who are rightfully angry with this decision.” ###
