Congressman Flood Applauds YouTube TV, Hulu Decisions to Carry C-SPAN, Promote Government Transparency

Image September 3, 2025 Press Release WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Congressman Mike Flood (R-Nebraska) issued a statement following news that Google/YouTube TV and Disney/Hulu + Live TV had signed agreements to carry C-SPAN. “This morning’s announcement that both YouTube TV and Hulu will add C-SPAN to their offerings is great news for public access to the work of Washington and transparency in our government. Since 1979, C-SPAN has offered gavel-to-gavel coverage of Capitol Hill and as more Americans switch to streaming, the decision by the streaming services to carry the network means even more households can see the work of our democratic republic directly.
