Senator César J. Blanco Hosts Successful Electronic Recycling
Event in El Paso
El Paso, Texas – Yesterday, Senator César J. Blanco partnered with The City of El Paso, Bravo
Auto Group, and JunkLuggers to host a Free Electronic Recycling Event, providing residents the
opportunity to safely dispose of unwanted electronics, including computers, laptops, phones, and
other devices, through responsible recycling. Over 350 electronics were recycled.
Senator Blanco issued the following statement:
“Many of us have old, broken, or unused phones, laptops, and tablets just sitting around
collecting dust. This event made it easy for our neighbors to safely recycle those items, helping
keep harmful materials out of our local landfills.
I’m proud of everyone who came out to participate, and grateful to our partners, the City of El
Paso, Bravo Auto Group, and The Junkluggers, for making this event possible.
Events like this remind us that together, we can take small steps that have a big impact on our
community and environment.”
