Graham Statement on Rollins Confirmation

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today made this statement after voting to confirm Brooke Rollins as the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture (USDA). Rollins was confirmed by a vote of 72-28.
