Cantwell Statement on Federal Emergency Declaration Amid Extreme Flooding in WA
TUKWILA, WA –Today, Washington State Governor Bob Ferguson announced that he’d received a phone call from Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem informing him that President Donald Trump had signed Gov. Ferguson’s request for an emergency declaration amid extreme flooding in Washington state.
U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA issued the following statement:
