Passport Clinic on April 11 Are you planning to travel and need a passport? You can RSVP today for my fifth annual passport clinic, which will be held Saturday, April 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at West Oak Lane Charter School, 7115 Stenton Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19138. Registration is required â there are a limited number of appointments . If you receive an appointment, you will need to bring the following: A completed passport application 2 passport photos, 2â x 2â (the Postal Service will be in attendance to take passport photos for $15, if needed) Payment: Credit or debit card is preferred, but check or money order can be accepted Proof of U.S. citizenship Physical, photo identification If applying as a minor, both parents must be present. New State Tax Credit â up to $805! Working Pennsylvanians may be eligible to receive up to $805 through a new state tax credit created in the 2025-26 budget, which was signed by Governor Josh Shapiro in November.
