ICYMI: Miller Speaks in Support of Haiti Economic Lift Program Extension

December 11, 2025 Press Release Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) spoke during a Ways and Means Committee hearing in support of H.R. 6504, the Haiti Economic Lift Program Extension Act . This bill extends the special duty-free rules for various apparel products imported from Haiti through Fiscal Year 2028. A video and transcript of the remarks can be found below.
