Amata Welcomes Over $400,000 Public Health Emergency Preparedness Grant

June 25, 2026 Press Release Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Uifa’atali Amata is highlighting a federal funding notification from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in the amount of $413,850 for American Samoa Department of Health (ASDOH). This is a discretionary, continuation grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
