Rep. Rogers Announces Over $949 Million in Funding for Anniston Army Depot in Reconciliation Spending
WASHINGTON – U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers (AL-03), today announced $949.1 million in funding from the One Big, Beautiful Bill Act will be used for Military Construction Projects at the Anniston Army Depot. $68 million in funding has also been allocated for the design of the new Space Command Headquarters in Huntsville. Additionally, Chairman Rogers secured $82 million for an access control point and a general-purpose warehouse at the Anniston Army Depot as part of the Appropriations process. “I am proud to announce over $949 million in funding for Anniston Army Depot,” said Rep. Rogers. “This funding from President Trump’s One Big, Beautiful Bill Act is critical to ensuring continued success at Anniston Army Depot. I am also excited to see $68 million going to Redstone Arsenal for the design of the new, state-of-the-art Space Command Headquarters.
