Rep. Roy Sends a Letter to the Mayor of San Marcos, Texas Condemning Anti-Israel Resolution

May 6, 2025 Press Release Washington, D.C. – Congressman Chip Roy (TX-21) sent a letter to San Marcos city officials condemning an anti-Israel resolution scheduled to go before the council on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Several members of the local business and religious communities have expressed concerns that passing the resolution could harm San Marcos’s reputation. State and local leaders, including Governor Greg Abbott and Senator Donna Campbell, have also weighed in on the matter. “Israel is our ally.
