September 15, 2025 Press Release Lowers housing cost, speeds up construction LOS ANGELES, CA — Today, September 15, 2025, U.S. Congresswoman Laura Friedman (CA-30) is proud to announce San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria’s statement of support of her bipartisan Cut Red Tape for Housing Act , which lowers housing costs by removing federal barriers that slow down infill housing development in urban communities.
