Earlier this year, Senator Rosen successfully pushed back against a Trump Administration action that would have cut all funding to the CoC program and would have put nearly 1,200 Nevadans at risk of losing their homes. “The Continuum of Care program is the single most effective tool we have to address homelessness in Nevada and across the country. As the housing crisis continues to get worse, it is critical that we continue to support programs that truly help Nevadans have a roof over their heads,” said Senator Rosen. “I am happy to help secure this funding for Nevada, and will continue to do everything I can at the federal level to address the housing crisis in Nevada.” Senator Rosen has fought for solutions to address Nevada’s housing crisis. In March, she introduced bipartisan legislation to support small housing businesses to boost housing supply and lower costs. She also introduced the bipartisan CONSTRUCTS Act , which would help support the construction workforce by creating a new grant program to fund education and skills training programs at community colleges and technical schools. Last year, she also introduced the HOME Act , which would crack down on price gouging by corporate investors in the housing market. ### Facebook-f Instagram Youtube Flickr Contact Email Jacky Request a Meeting Office Locations Newsletter Signup Privacy Policy Contact Email Jacky Request a Meeting Office Locations Newsletter Signup Privacy Policy For Nevadans Constituent Services Help With a Federal Agency Flag Requests Tour Requests Internships Senate Page Nominations Academy Nominations For Nevadans Constituent Services Help With a Federal Agency Flag Requests Tour Requests Internships Senate Page Nominations Academy Nominations Resource Guides Veterans Resource Guide Senior Resource Guide Small Business Pocket Guide Federal Funding Grant Requests Appropriations Requests Community Project Funding Resource Guides Veterans Resource Guide Senior Resource Guide Small Business Pocket Guide Federal Funding Grant Requests Appropriations Requests Community Project Funding About Jacky Biography Committees Voting Record Legislation News Press Releases In the News Videos About Jacky Biography Committees Voting Record Legislation News Press Releases In the News Videos
