Amata Highlights $1.3 Million CDC Grant for ASDOH Public Health Program

January 22, 2025 Press Release Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Uifa’atali Amata is highlighting a federal funding notification from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in the amount of $1,339,555 for American Samoa Department of Health (ASDOH). This new discretionary health services grant for 2025 is from HHS’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for the Public Health Crisis Response Cooperative Agreement.
