DeLauro Statement Following Surgery for Spinal Stenosis

August 11, 2025 Press Release Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) issued the following statement: “I am pleased to share that my surgery at Griffin Hospital was a success, and I am deeply grateful to Dr. Judith L. Gorelick and the entire care team for their skill and support. I also want to thank my family, friends, colleagues, and constituents for their well wishes and encouragement.” As is routine for such surgery, physical therapy will follow. Rep. DeLauro will resume her schedule while physical therapy continues and return to DC when Congress reconvenes in September.
