Their demand for over $1 trillion in new spending, including taxpayer-funded benefits for illegals, funding for DEI and climate pet projects in foreign countries, as well as cutting the $50 billion investment in rural healthcare, is a non-starter. House Republicans advanced a clean bill to keep the lights on while negotiations continue. Democrats need a dose of reality when it comes to our national debt.
