<p><strong>WASHINGTON, D.C.</strong>&nbsp; – Today, July 17, 2025, the House passed the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act with strong bipartisan support, which U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) helped negotiate and pass as a member of the House Financial Services Committee. These bipartisan bills establish clear rules of the road for the crypto industry, bolster consumer protection, and ensure America remains a global leader on digital assets.</p>
