THOMAS CARNIVAL BREAK U.S. Virgin Islands — In observance of the 2026 St. Thomas Carnival season, the district offices of Congresswoman Stacey E. Plaskett on St. Croix and St. Thomas will be closed beginning Wednesday, April 29 through Friday, May 1, 2026. All offices will be open on Monday, May 4, 2026. “Our carnival and festival celebrations are where our ancestors' stories live.
