Senator César Blanco Hosts 11th Annual
Toys for Tots Christmas Drive
El Paso, Texas – Today, Senator César J. Blanco concluded his 11th Annual Toys for Tots
Drive, continuing a long-standing tradition of supporting children and families throughout El
Paso during the holiday season.
In collaboration with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and community partners, over 200 toys
were collected and distributed to local families, helping ensure children experience the joy and
magic of Christmas.
Senator Blanco issued the following statement:
“This event is one of my favorite traditions of the year. Every child deserves to feel the
excitement of the holidays, and every family deserves to know their community is standing with
them. It’s an honor to help make Christmas a little brighter for kids across El Paso.
“Many families in our community face financial challenges, and the holidays can add extra
pressure and stress. If this toy drive helps ease even a small part of that burden, then it’s all
worth it.
“A special thank you to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves for partnering with us and helping make
this year’s Toys for Tots Drive a success. We also extend our gratitude to all of our community
partners for their continued dedication to supporting our neighbors. The strength of El Paso lies
in our compassion. When we come together to lift up our community, we build a stronger, kinder
city for everyone.”
