, to be an Assistant Attorney General, by a vote of 12-10;
James Bishop
, to be United States Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina, by a vote of 12-10;
Brian Barber
, to be United States Marshal for the Western District of Louisiana, by a vote of 12-10;
Steven Lewis
, to be United States Marshal for the Eastern District of Missouri, by a vote of 17-5; and
Priscilla Lopez
, to be United States Marshal for the Southern District of Florida, by a vote of 18-4.
