Cannot. Which is why President Trump’s decision to pull out of the Iran nuclear deal is proving to be a grave misstep. However, the President also cannot take unilateral military action in Iran without Congressional approval. We must pursue a diplomatic resolution to protect American troops, our interests in the region, and global peace.
