Graham Statement on Vice President Vance Visit to Nucor Steel

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today made this statement on Vice President JD Vance visiting Nucor Steel in Huger, South Carolina.
“I’m very pleased that Vice President Vance chose Nucor Steel in South Carolina to make the case for bringing high-paying manufacturing jobs back to America. I would urge the American people to support President Trump as he cleans up the trade mess that’s built up over the past 60 years.
“I have been a strong supporter of Nucor Steel. They have had to compete against China and other countries dumping low-cost steel. The Vice President made it clear the days of taking advantage of American businesses are over. I’m very glad he chose a South Carolina business to highlight this much-needed change.”
