REP. Stutzman’s Bipartisan Futures ACT Unanimously Passes House Financial Services Committee

Marlin Stutzman’s (IN-03) FUTURES Act by a vote of 52-0, with all Republicans and Democrats supporting the legislation. The FUTURES Act will enhance regulatory agencies' ability to conduct thorough supervision and ensure the safety and soundness of the financial system.
