Kelly crisscrosses PA-16 during busy August District Work Period
Image August 29, 2025 Press Release BUTLER, PA -- This week, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) highlighted a successful August District Work Period, which included visits to every county in Pennsylvania's 16th Congressional District. In all, Kelly completed nearly 100 meetings, site visits, tours, and more during the five-week work period. He also returned to Washington, D.C. on August 8 to lead the U.S. House of Representatives during a pro forma session. "I've always believed the best way to represent constituents is to meet them where they are and to hear directly from them in-person whenever we can," said Rep. Kelly. "August is a busy month for us, traveling across the district and meeting with so many wonderful folks. I look forward to taking their messages back to Washington when we return in the coming days."
