Westerman Announces Winners of the 2026 Congressional ART Competition

April 29, 2026 Press Release Last night, Congressman Bruce Westerman (AR-04) announced the Fourth District’s winners of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition. First place winner Coley Rogers’ piece, " Chief Wolf’s Robe and the Buffalo," will be displayed in the main hallway between the Cannon House Office Building and the U.S. Capitol for the upcoming year. Congressman Westerman released the following statement: “Each year, the Congressional Art Competition displays the incredible talent of our high school students across the Fourth District of Arkansas. This year’s submissions were no exception, with each entry showcasing true Arkansas excellence. Congratulations, Coley, and all of this year’s competition winners and participants! Your talent is something to be immensely proud of.” Background: Annually, a nationwide high school art competition is sponsored by members of the U.S. House of Representatives. This highly anticipated contest is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the artistic talent of our nation's youth, including those in the Fourth Congressional District. Winners were chosen by a panel of three judges from the following categories: design/composition, skill/technique, and overall execution. The 2026 winners are: Image 1st Place: “Chief Wolf’s Robe and the Buffalo” by Coley Rogers from Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts. Image 2nd Place: “Faceless Figures” by Olivia Kimmel from Prescott High School. Image 3rd Place: “Transitional Period” by Amy Wheat from Prescott High School.
