Joyce Questions Treasury Secretary Bessent on FY26 Budget Request

<p><strong>WASHINGTON, D.C. –&nbsp;</strong>Today, House Appropriations Financial Services and General Government (FSGG) Subcommittee Chairman Dave&nbsp;Joyce&nbsp;(OH-14) questioned Department of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on the Department’s spending plan for the remainder of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025&nbsp;and&nbsp;its priorities for FY 2026, including&nbsp;those related to&nbsp;taxes, tariffs, DOGE, and aspects of the initial “skinny” budget request.&nbsp;</p>
