This would only deepen the already catastrophic humanitarian crisis within the Gaza Strip and recklessly endanger the lives of the remaining Israeli hostages held by Hamas. A full military occupation is not a strategy for peace or security—it is a path to further bloodshed and suffering for innocent Palestinian civilians.
