REP. GRAY Announces Service Academy Nomination Applications OPEN, Deadline December 1

November 3, 2025 Press Release MERCED, CA – Rep. Adam Gray (CA-13) today announced that applications for service academy nominations through his office are now open. Each year, Members of Congress may nominate up to ten individuals for admission to one of our country’s service academies, including the U.S. Military Academy (USMA) in West Point, NY; the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis, MD; the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) in Colorado Springs, CO; and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) in Kings Point, NY. To apply, interested individuals must be a U.S. citizen between 17 and 23 years old and reside within the 13 th congressional district of California.
