Congressman Robert Aderholt to Serve as Chairman of the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Subcommittee

Image January 15, 2025 Press Release WASHINGTON - Congressman Robert Aderholt is honored to once again lead the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies. He will also serve on the Defense and Agriculture Subcommittees. “I’m honored to continue to serve on the House Appropriations Committee and to continue to chair the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Subcommittee,” said Congressman Aderholt. “As chairman of the subcommittee responsible for the largest non-defense spending in the annual discretionary budget, I will remain dedicated to scrutinizing expenditures and eliminating waste within the subcommittee's jurisdiction.” Congressman Aderholt also extended a warm welcome to fellow Alabamian, Congressman Dale Strong, as a new member of the Appropriations Committee. “I also want to welcome my Alabama colleague Rep.
