Kevin Kiley (I-CA) released the following statement regarding yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling to prevent a U.S. Postal Service regulation concerning mail-in ballots from going into effect before the midterm elections. “I support the right of Californians to vote by mail and am grateful for the Supreme Court’s decision. At the time it was issued, I predicted this order would be stopped in court. Election policy should result from a thoughtful and deliberative legislative process, not from executive orders issued on the eve of voting.” ### Share on
