Graham Secures Nearly $150 Million in Funding for South Carolina Projects in Third FY26 Spending Package

WASHINGTON –
U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today announced he secured nearly $150 million in funding for infrastructure and workplace development projects across South Carolina after the passage of the third Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 appropriations package. The House of Representatives approved the package today, and the Senate approved it on Friday, January 30 by a vote of 71 to 29.
As a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Senator Graham submitted dozens of funding proposals to the committee to support the interests of South Carolina and advocated for their inclusion in the final version of the legislation.
“As one of the fastest growing states in the nation, the future of South Carolina depends on robust infrastructure systems and a well-trained workforce. I am very pleased that this appropriations package fulfills these needs,”
said Graham

st
century. Additionally, this legislation sets aside critical resources to enhance airports, roads, and railways that will in turn boost our economy and accelerate the delivery of goods and services across the state.”
Graham continued
, “I firmly believe elected representatives have a responsibility to be faithful stewards of taxpayer dollars, and I am proud to have delivered a product that reflects that position.”
