Higgins Helps Pass Born Alive-Abortion Survivors Protection Act

WASHINGTON, D.C.  – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) voted to pass H.R. 26, the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act , which would require appropriate medical care for children who survive abortion procedures.
