Downing Announces 2025 Service Academy Nominees

December 9, 2025 Press Release Today, Congressman Troy Downing (MT-02) announced his principle nominations to United States Service Academies for the year 2025. The application process is open to high school juniors annually and includes a rigorous vetting process. Downing’s office received 19 submissions.
