Larson Statement on President Trump Repealing Federal Funding Freeze

Larson (CT-01) released the following statement after President Trump attempted to walk back a freeze on federal funding. “While President Trump walked back his order to freeze federal funds for child care centers, lifesaving cancer treatment, community health centers, and more, we have seen what happens when billionaires like Trump and Elon Musk make decisions to prevent services from assisting millions of Americans with no regard for how it will impact them and their families,” said Larson . “That’s why it’s important for local and state officials and citizens to stay engaged and speak out against unjust actions like these.
