For years, Ralph de la Torre and Cerberus Capital Management bled MA hospitals dry. While they flew on private jets and made millions, workers went unpaid, patients died, and hospitals were forced to close. Massachusetts deserves accountability, and Ralph de la Torre deserves to be in jail.
