Statement on the Passing of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham

BISMARCK, N.D. – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) issued the following statement on the passing of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC): "I was shocked by the news about Senator Graham this morning. The man was a joy to serve with. I just can’t imagine going to work in the Senate without Lindsey. I’m so sad for his family and pray for them to feel God’s love as they mourn their loss. His counsel and savvy will be deeply missed in the Senate. Lindsey had a unique ability to navigate the biggest issues facing our nation and the world with clarity in the midst of chaos. He’ll also be missed in the cloakroom and around our conference lunches. One of the most important lessons I learned from Lindsey was to never let someone else rob you of your joy. He lived that lesson every day.”
