Congressman Harris Addresses Ocean City Beach Erosion with Army Corps Following Weekend Storm

Pera, Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District, yesterday. Harris also applauded the Army Corps’ newly awarded $25.7 million contract to reconstruct the Atlantic Coast of Maryland berm in Ocean City.
