WASHINGTON, D.C.– Today, every Senate Democrat voted to block theBorn-Alive Abortion Survivors ProtectionAct. Senators Jim Banks (R-Ind.) and James Lankford (R-Okla.) introduced the bill to protect newborns that survive abortions by requiring health care practitioners provide the proper degree of medical care to the child.
