ICYMI: Graham Introduces Sheria Clarke, Nominee to be a U.S. District Court Judge for South Carolina

WASHINGTON
– During today’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) introduced Sheria Clarke, President Trump’s nominee to be a U.S. District Court Judge for the District of South Carolina. Ms. Clarke currently practices law in Greenville, South Carolina, and holds years of high-level experience in the legal profession. As demonstrated by her testimony, Clarke has dedicated her professional career to defending the rule of law and commands an extraordinary understanding of our nation’s constitutional order.
Throughout President Trump’s first term, Senator Graham worked with him to confirm a record number of federal judges who have upheld the original meaning of the Constitution and our nation’s laws. Graham’s backing of Clarke exemplifies his continued commitment to help President Trump place qualified conservatives on the federal bench for life.
