Capito Praises Confirmation of West Virginian Mike Stuart to HHS Position

WASHINGTON, D.C.– U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies (Labor-HHS), today released the below statement after voting to confirm Mike Stuart, a West Virginian, to serve as General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS):
