<p><strong>WASHINGTON, D.C.</strong> – Today, Congressman Rudy Yakym (IN-02) issued a statement after all 20 living hostages were released from Hamas’ captivity following Israel and Hamas agreeing to the first phase of President Trump’s historic Middle East peace plan.</p>

<p>“Today marks a new dawn for the Middle East and the world. After two horrific years in Hamas’ captivity, the hostages are finally home.</p>

<p>“President Trump’s unwavering commitment to pursue peace against all odds and his steadfast leadership have shown that peace is not merely a dream but a reality that renews our faith in humanity and reminds us that hope can prevail even in the darkest times.</p>
