– The Senate Judiciary Committee today advanced the following nominations:
Thomas Albus
, to be United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri, by a vote of 12-10; and
Adam Mildred
, to be United States Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana by a vote of 12-10.
