Congressman Riley M. Moore Discusses Work to Strengthen West Virginia Manufacturing Sector

September 11, 2026 Press Release Washington, D.C. – Congressman Riley M. Moore joined Randolph County Economic Development Authority Director and State Senator Robbie Morris at Greenfield Cabinetry in Elkins today to discuss efforts to strengthen West Virginia’s manufacturing sector and expand economic opportunities across the state. Congressman Riley M. Moore released the following statement: “West Virginia has the workforce, the resources, and the know-how to be a manufacturing powerhouse once again. Investments like the new industrial park in Randolph County will create good-paying jobs and unlock our state’s great potential. In Congress, I’m fighting to bring home the infrastructure and resources we need to grow our manufacturing sector, strengthen our industrial base, and create more opportunities for West Virginians right here at home.”” During the tour and press event, Congressman Moore highlighted his work in Congress to support West Virginia manufacturers and help prepare the state for a new industrial development, including a $2 million pending Community Project Funding request for the Randolph County Development Authority to support site readiness for a new industrial park. Congressman Moore emphasized that growing West Virginia’s manufacturing sector is critical to strengthening local economies, supporting American workers, and ensuring the Mountain State remains competitive for future industrial investment. ### Issues : Serving West Virginia
