U.S. SENATE– U.S. Senator Tim Sheehy (R – Mont.) issued the following statement after three Tren de Aragua illegal aliens wereapprehendedby Havre, Montana Sector U.S. Border Patrol agents:
“Montanans spoke loud and clear in November: they don’t want violent illegal aliens in our midst. Great work by the Havre Sector Border Patrol agents getting these Tren De Aragua thugs off our streets. Keep going until the job is done!”
BackgroundU.S. Border Patrol Havre Sector recentlypostedabout the apprehension of a subject involved in the smuggling of three illegal aliens and identified the illegal aliens as Tren de Aragua gang members.
Tren de Aragua’s growing presence in Montana wasconfirmedlast year. In February, six Tren de Aragua gang members werearrestedin Bozeman, Montana.
