Higgins Helps Deliver Border Win to Trump’s Desk

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) voted to pass S. 5, the Laken Riley Act , which requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to immediately detain illegal aliens who commit crimes. This legislation passed both the House and Senate and heads to President Trump’s desk to be signed into law.
