Even in the face of the Trump Administration’s attacks, the promise of America endures – and we will keep fighting to protect the values, rights, and communities that make our nation strong.” Since coming to Congress, Rob Menendez has been a leader on fighting for immigrant rights. Congressman Menendez filed an amicus brief in support of upholding birthright citizenship and has repeatedly called out the Trump Administration for attempting to terminate it. He is a member of the Democratic Litigation and Response Task Force, which was formed to oppose the Trump Administration’s illegal actions.
