WASHINGTON, D.C.– Today, Senator Jim Banks (R-Ind.) introduced theBorder Security is National SecurityAct. The bill authorizes $10 billion in additional Department of Defense resources to bolster border security, support DHS, and fulfill President Trump’s top campaign promise.
“For four years, Joe Biden allowed terrorists, drug traffickers, and violent criminals to invade our country and infiltrate our communities. My bill gives President Trump critical funding for the military to help secure our border and deport millions of illegal immigrants.
