Rep. Kiley Calls on House Leadership to Vote on Redistricting Bill

<p>Rep. Kiley officially introduced legislation this week to prohibit Mid-Decade Redistricting nationwide. The bill will nullify new maps adopted by states after the November 2024 election, that way all current maps are preserved.</p>

<p>“A nationwide redistricting war is not what our country needs,” Rep. Kiley said. “The resulting chaos would be harmful to representative government and a distraction from the important issues facing Congress and state legislatures. I’m calling on house leadership to give my bill a vote as soon as we return to session.”</p>
